Welcome to the 2019
EDPIF PhD student meeting ! 

EDPIF doctoral school organises a meeting on Monday the 17th of June, 2019 for all 2nd year PhD students. Selected volunteer PhD students and researchers will give talks on various interesting subjects. The day would be filled with scientific discussions, coffee breaks and a tasty buffet for lunch. At the end of the day, the best poster and talk would be awarded.

How to participate ?

Everyone has to present a poster or give a talk. Talks are to be given in English, last for 15 mins (questions included) and should be made generic, so that everyone in the audience understands the topic.

FAQ

Is the conference mandatory for every 2nd year PhD student?

Yes it is. But don't worry, it will be fun!

What happens if you cannot make it to this day without a justification ?

If you do not come, except for a valid reason like another conference, you will have complementary hours of formation to fulfill.
